Camp Registration is currently available on Child Pilot. Please submit a 2025 Summer Camp Enrollment form and current Health Assessment form/Insurance card.
The deadline for camp enrollment, withdrawals and schedule changes is May 1, 2025.
Camp Choices
TLC's camp choices are specifically designed to meet the needs of your child's age:
TLC Kindergarten Camp - Location TBD
TLC Camp - 1st- 2nd grade - Location TBD
TLC Camp - 3rd - 5th grade - Location TBD
TLC Half Day Camp - K-5th grade - Location TBD

Children must have completed Kindergarten in order to attend the Kindergarten TLC camp program.
TLC will be offering the TLC Afternoon Explorers Half-Day Camp for children (K to 5th grade) attending Summer Explorations ESY program at Frenchtown Elementary School. This camp would be available from 11-6 for the month of July. Please note that we cannot accommodate children before 11:00am at this program.
All camp locations are based on school availability, TLC reserves the right to add or remove locations based upon enrollment numbers, staff availability or Trumbull Board of Education/Plant Operations decisions. Camp slots maybe limited due to these conditions.
Parents can choose from a full-time 5 day program or a part-time 2 or 3 day program. Our summer camps are very popular. TLC Camp typically begins by the end of June, but is subject to change according to the Board of Education official school closing date.
These camp programs will run from 7am-6pm Monday through Friday for 8 weeks, from June 16- August 8. We will be closed on Friday, July 4th.
TLC Camps K - 5th
Activities are specially designed for this age group and each center is supervised by an experienced Site Director. Creative arts and crafts, group games, various active sports and water activities with sprinklers are the kinds of activities planned for your young children in addition to field trips. The children can look forward to Pizza lunches, water play, ice cream treats, steam activities and in house enrichment.
TLC Half-Day Camp
TLC’s Half-Day Camp is offered in conjunction with the Summer Explorations program operated by the Trumbull Board of Education. The Summer Explorations program offers children a wide range of morning programs at Frenchtown Elementary School from 9 am to 12 noon. TLC Half-Day Camp hours are from 11am - 6pm each day. Half-Day Camp is available only to children (K to 5th grade) attending the Summer Explorations program at Frenchtown and we can only accommodate children starting at 11:00am. This program will not offer off site field trips, children will enjoy in house activities, crafts, games, snacks and fun!

TLC Field Trips
TLC will offer field trips to children in the full day programs. In addition to some in house activities throughout the summer for all programs. Tuesday will be a non-water trip and Thursday will be a beach trip.
For out of state field trips, children will be transported on a coach bus and an additional Premium Field Trip fee will be incurred. This year we are offering 3 premium trips for grades 1-5 full day camp and 1 premium trip for Kindergarten camp.
