Submit an Inquiry to receive more information about TLC Programs
We are very excited to offer this service to TLC parents and our community. Signing up for this service allows you to receive important announcements and monthly invoices from TLC as well as manage your Child's enrollment and TLC schedule. Now you will have the ability to electronically sign your child in and out of TLC, see when they have arrived at TLC, mark them absent from TLC, request reservations, set up automatic payments and much more!

Which email address should I sign-up with?
Please use a personal email to avoid issues that frequently arise when using a work email. Many employers block email services which might prevent you from receiving info from TLC.
What happens once I submit my Inquiry?
Once you submit your inquiry, we will add you as a family to the Child Pilot database. You will receive an email invitation to create your account on Child Pilot. Each guardian email address listed, will receive and email invitation.

How do I login to the Parent Portal through a Desktop?

Can I sign-up with more than one email address?
Yes. Each guardian can have their own email address and Child Pilot account.
How fo I update guardian information on my child's profile?
If permitted by the school, you can update your contact information. Go to the "Family" tab, scroll down to "Guardians" > click the dropdown arrow next to details > Edit > edit or update contact information > save.
If the school has the digital forms feature turned on, you will see a list of documents in the "Documents" tab. A red "Required" alert will notify you when forms need to be completed or updated.
