We are a not-for-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status.TLC provides a safe and fun learning environment for the children of Trumbull's working parents. Each child and parent is an important part of our TLC family.
Our administration office is now located at 15 Corporate Drive, Trumbull Suite 2-3.
TLC is still accepting registrations for the 2026-2027 school year. Registration is available on Child Pilot. To Register please submit the 2026-2027 TLC School Year Enrollment form, Upload a current health assessment form and Insurance card. Registration will close on August 1, 2026.

If you are not a current TLC family, attending a before/after school, summer camp program, you will need to click on the Inquiry link above to submit a request for enrollment. We will then send you and email invitation link to begin setting up your Child Pilot account so you can submit the 2026- 2027 TLC School Year Enrollment form.
