Some of our TLC programs teamed up with TLC programs in California for the second time this year. This time we sent them some home made snow and they sent us sand! The children had a blast playing with the elements! The first group of photos are from TLC in California showing the children playing with the snow we sent. The second group is our TLC children making the snow to send them!
