Registration is now open for the 2018-2019 School Year and 2018 Summer TLC Programs.
Please follow the instructions below to register for a TLC Program.
Important Dates to Remember:
May 18, 2018- Last day to make changes/withdrawals for the summer camp program (after this date you are financially responsible for all days your child is enrolled for)
May 18, 2018- Last day to withdraw from the TLC preschool program for the 2018-2019 School Year Program if you wish to receive a full refund/credit
June 22, 2018 - Last Day of School - Early Dismissal day TLC is open until 6:00pm
June 25, 2018 - TLC Summer Camp begins
July 4, 2018 - TLC Closed for 4th of July Holiday
August 1, 2018 - Withdrawal deadline for 2018-2019 School Year if you wish to receive a full refund/credit
August 1, 2018- September 14, 2018- Registration Freeze Period (no registration requests or changes will be processed during this time to ensure accurate attendance and staffing for the start of school. Any registrations or change requests received during this time will be processed as soon as possible after September 14th.
To view the log in and registration instructions for the new TLC Parent Portal please click on the About Us Tab on the TLC home page then click on News and Announcements. You will then be able to print out the instructions.
Please be aware of the following when registering your child/ren for a TLC program via the new Parent Portal Database;
1. If you are a current TLC family and you are having trouble remembering your email address, please email the Registration desk at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to provide you with the email address that we have for you. Please do not create a second account with a different email address.
2. If you are a current TLC family there is no need to re-enter your, child, guardian and emergency contact information again when entering the Parent Portal. To proceed with the Registration process please click on the View Family Detail link at the top of the screen. This will allow you to view the current information we have on file and you can make changes under each section.
3. When registering for the School Year you will need to enter the grade your child will be in. When registering your child/ren for a TLC Summer Camp program please select the grade your child is currently in, not the grade they will be entering.
