Chauna has been part of TLC since 2000. She was initially hired as a Counselor Aide and then promoted to Assistant Teacher. Shortly after that she became Site Director of the TLC Daniels Farm center. In 2010 she became the HR Manager where she was able to hire some of her former TLC students to work in the program and share their memories of TLC with others. Her vast TLC experience allowed her to move up and take on the role of Executive Director role in 2022. She is committed to providing a safe and enriched before and after school program for the children of Trumbull. When she isn't at work, she enjoys spending her time with her 3 boys.
