Olga has been with TLC for almost 18 years. She prides herself on parent center connections and family engagement and enrichments. She truly treats each child in her care as her own. Prior to TLC she owned and operated One Step Ahead childcare for 9 years. Her true joy in life is the the growth, development and well being of the children in her care. Everyone of her children makes her proud on a daily basis, including her own. Her son Tyler is a PE Teacher and her daughter Tiffany an RN in the Surgical ICU. When Olga isn't focusing her time at the TLC center or with her family, she can be found helping out and giving back to her community. Her favorite quote is, "It takes a village to raise a child" and TLC is proud to have her as part of our village!
